Refund Policy

All orders placed with us are FINAL.
There are no returns, exchanges, or cancellations. The only time a refund is granted is when there’s a mistake on OUR ( Inside My Shoeboxx ) part.

Shipping Address

Credit Card Information ( Only last 4 numbers on the card )

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data are stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data.

Shipping 

Shipping takes 1-5 business days. Customers will receive tracking information on the day of release or the following Monday depending on Post Office weekend hours and holidays.

Shipping cost is $17 nationwide.

Due to fraud and customer protection. We only ship to the billing address. Any order placed with an address different from the billing will be canceled and money refunded.

Local Pick

For local pick up, You will receive an email about the time and place where you can pick up your purchase order.  You must have a valid state ID to pick up the purchase order and the state ID must match the name on the credit card used for the purchase order.

Pick up times: Monday- Saturday 12pm-6pm.
